Catherine Eaton is an attorney who has been practicing family law for over 20 years along with being the Mediator in numerous family cases. Her experience as a mediator makes her uniquely qualified to help clients navigate the legal process by providing creative and desirable solutions.
Catherine has successfully represented high profile clients in both Nashville and West Palm Beach while keeping the privacy of her clients. Raising three children as a single mother, Catherine understands how stressful divorce and children’s issues can be on a client. It is her goal to help clients protect their children, their financial security and plan for their future.
Currently, you can hear Catherine hosting podcasts for the FACP (Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals), where she discusses Collaborative Divorce and other issues clients face when divorcing.
Much of her time has been devoted to serving on Collaborative practice groups where she is a Board member for Collaborative Divorce Nashville and the Vice President of the Palm Beach Academy of Collaborative Professionals. In addition, Catherine is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. And she continues to be an active member of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, the Tennessee Bar Association and Nashville Bar Association.
